Gut health support in Warrington
Your gut and your hormones are part of one picture. Bloating, discomfort, energy that crashes and a cycle that will not settle. Often they are treated separately, by different people. We look at them together, starting with what is on your plate and how you live.

Why gut health matters
Your gut is involved in far more than digestion. It plays a part in how your body handles blood sugar, inflammation and hormones, including how oestrogen is processed and cleared.
That is why gut symptoms and cycle symptoms so often turn up together. We will not tell you that fixing your gut fixes everything, because the evidence does not say that. But we will look at the whole picture, and build a plan you can actually keep.
Signs it is worth looking at your gut
Digestion
Bloating, discomfort, constipation, loose stools or a stomach that reacts unpredictably.
Energy
Crashes after meals, cravings and energy that never feels steady.
Your cycle
Symptoms that flare around your period, or a cycle that has stopped behaving.
Skin
Breakouts or flare-ups that seem linked to what you eat.
PCOS and endometriosis
Where inflammation and blood sugar are often part of the picture.
Trying to conceive
Nutrition that supports your body, and egg and sperm quality, in the months before conception.
Our approach
Your first session is a detailed look at your symptoms, what you eat, how you live, your cycle and any test results you already have. From there we build a personalised, practical plan around the life you actually have, not a template you will abandon in a fortnight.
We work alongside your GP and never instead of them. If your symptoms suggest something that needs medical investigation, such as unexplained weight loss, blood in your stool or a change in bowel habit that will not settle, we will tell you to see your GP.
Who you will see: Gut health is part of our functional nutrition service with Georgia, who works with the picture underneath: blood sugar, inflammation and autoimmune conditions, for women and men alike. Meet the team →
