Juniper Clinic, Stockton Heath

Gentle and trauma-informed

Our yoga and meditation are led by Lisa, a vinyasa flow and yin yoga teacher who has completed additional trauma training for yoga teachers. That shapes everything about how she teaches: gently, carefully and at your pace.

Vinyasa flow links movement with the breath. Yin yoga is slower, with longer, supported holds that invite the body to let go. Meditation gives you simple, practical tools to calm a busy mind, which you can use long after your session ends.
