What is reiki?

Reiki is a Japanese relaxation technique. You stay fully clothed and lie comfortably on the treatment couch while your practitioner places their hands lightly on, or just above, different areas of the body.

It is calm, quiet and non-invasive. Most people describe it as deeply relaxing, and many tell us they leave feeling lighter and calmer than when they arrived. It sits well alongside acupuncture, massage and fertility care, or on its own when you simply need an hour that is yours.

Why people book reiki

Stress and anxiety

A quiet hour to slow down when life feels like too much.

Rest and sleep

Many people find reiki helps them unwind, and some fall asleep on the couch.

Alongside fertility care

A gentle, calming treatment during a stressful time, whether trying naturally or going through IVF.
