I am so grateful that I found Kate and Juniper Clinic. I had been struggling for a year, not understanding my body and changes to my cycle, and having vague/brief, mixed messages from doctors, including a fertility clinic. I was totally consumed and confused with what to do and felt like there was no hope or just nowhere to go. The first time I saw Kate I was emotional because I was given the time to be heard, and to finally feel understood and like somebody cares. Her expertise is incredible, she knew exactly what to do, how to help me and how I can help myself. I’ve learned so much and I’m shocked that we don’t get taught this as women. She’s taken the time to look at my bloods and ask me holistically about every area of my lifestyle, then explain how everything interconnects like I’ve never understood before. I’m health conscious already but I had no idea what I had no idea about. I’ve been able to make lifestyle and diet changes to support me, and the acupuncture really relaxes me each time I go. For the first time in over a year I don’t feel stressed and immobilised by it. I feel like a huge weight has been taken off me, I feel so liberated and lucky that I’ve got a better understand of my body, my hormones, and stressors. I’ve can’t recommend Kate highly enough. A family member is also seeing her colleague and is so happy. If you’re confused about your cycle or how your body is reacting to life, or just want to better take care of yourself hormonally, you won’t regret booking in. I cannot praise Gaynor at Juniper Clinic enough. I am seeing Gaynor for hair loss and menopausal symptoms. Gaynor has a holistic approach and goes through everything including my bloods and especially stress levels with a fine tooth comb to formulate a plan right down to which supplement to take at what time with what food. Gaynor listened to me and my specific needs and had a solution focused approach. If you are struggling to make sense of all the information out there, Gaynor will sort through the nonsense and tell you why certain products are not for you and guide you through everything. Was seen by Andrea for a massage and acupuncture. I took a break from acupuncture, tried elsewhere and came back as it just wasn’t the same. Would highly recommend this clinic. Gaynor is incredible! I contacted her after a miscarriage and while struggling with my cycles. She advised me to wait an extra month to allow things to settle, and lo and behold, I got pregnant. Since then, she has continued to support me with my next steps and has genuinely felt like the only professional who has been there for me and listened throughout this chapter of my life. Lisa was fantastic- even after one session I feel like I am taking control of my fertility journey with knowledgeable people to help me . I also had a brew and review with Gaynor which was also excellent. Already looking forward to my next session! Editing my review as I have had lots of sessions since. I truly believe that visiting this clinic and my sessions with Lisa made a real difference on my fertility journey. Lisa helped me to understand my own body & hormones, gave practical advice and things to try as well as emotional support and advice too. It's so much more than just the needles. I have been coming to Juniper Clinic seeing Lisa for fertility Acupuncture for nearly 6 months, and l honestly have had the best experience. From my first session Lisa has listened, advised and has helped in more ways than just providing Acupuncture. Lisa and my Acupuncture sessions have provided moments of peace in a very overwhelming and stressful period.
