What is fertility massage?
Fertility massage is a gentle, relaxing massage that usually focuses on the abdomen and lower back, along with the rest of the body. It is slow, calm and unhurried.
Trying to conceive can make your body feel like a project, or like something that is letting you down. Fertility massage is a chance to rest, to be cared for, and to feel at home in your body again. Many people use it alongside fertility acupuncture.

Fertility massage: your questions
When should I not have fertility massage?
We do not give abdominal fertility massage if you might be pregnant, after an embryo transfer, or during a heavy period. Tell us your dates and we will plan around them.
Can it improve my chances of getting pregnant?
We cannot promise any outcome. Fertility massage is a relaxing, supportive treatment, and we always recommend it alongside appropriate medical care.
Can I combine it with acupuncture?
Yes. Many people use both as part of a wider fertility plan.
What should I wear?
Something comfortable. You will be covered with towels throughout, and only the area being massaged is uncovered.
